The Codipro Mold Lifting Rings from PCS Company are said to provide moldmakers and molders with more efficient material handling and moving of molds and dies. Codipro hoist rings and eyebolts swivel, and are available with simple, double or triple articulation, giving users the ability to move molds and dies in all directions and positions as needed.
Available in male configurations and special thread options, the hoist rings are designed to be durable, even in the harshest environments. PCS offers five styles from the Codipro line.
The Central Safety Shackle (CSS) is a screw-in ring designed for linear lifting and offers room for the shackle to pass through. PCS says this style has a 55-ton working load limit.
The Double Swivel Ring (DSR) and Double Swivel Shackle (DSS) are designed for easy rotations under load, promoting good alignment with the sling. DSR lifting rings are also equipped with a protective crossbar.
The Metric Quick Lift Ring (QLR)/Metric QL.DSR is a double swivel ring that enables quick mounting. The QL.DSR can be clicked into place instead of having to be screwed in. PCS says mechanical operations require minimal maintenance. The product has a working load limit of 0.25 tons to 2.5 tons.
The Swivel Eye Bolt (SEB) is a single swivel lifting ring that is equipped with a self-orientation system that guides it in the sling direction. Designed to perform lifts, including load rotation, the SEV enables the hook to move parallel to the ring’s bearing surface when lifting at 90°.
